I have been to several farms in Wisconsin that feature a Pizza Night event, to build community, and add value to the garden produce. My favorite so far has been the Borner Farm Project Pizza Night. I have seen various clever designs for outdoor wood-fired bake ovens made of brick and or cob, but I have yet to see a really good pizza or bread peel.
